GENERAL OBJECTIVES
This course aims to:
- Acquaint the Students with the management model of the Prophet (saw)
- Learn management essentials from the sahaba
- Analyze the differences between conventional management models and an Islamic one
- Shed light on the spiritual necessities of one involved in any form of Islamic management
- Provide a detailed structure of an ideal Islamic organization
- Shed light on the importance of balance in the life of a daiya

Topics for Research Papers:
Students are given the opportunity to choose topics for their research. All research topics must be approved by the instructor at least 1 week prior to due date. Papers should be at least 7 typed double spaced pages in length, and represent coherent analysis and proper understanding of the course.
